Cairn Terrier Aggression

Our 10 month old Cosmo (male) is extreemly aggressive. When we meet another dog while on a leash he goes into attach mode and must be forcefully restrained. He will also be aggressive on occasion when we meet people.

He also attacks things around the home, central vac. hose, broom. Outdoors it is the hose, rake, wheelbarrel.

He does get along well with other dogs once he gets to know them...

He has been to puppy school and basic obedience class.

Any thoughts would be appreciated !
